Seafield House is a listed substantial Georgian House dating from the 1830's. The house is situated on the shore with wonderful sea views and the Skye Cuillins can be seen from theSeafield House grounds. Guests can relax in the acre of mature, well maintained, walled gardens. Though very private the house is only minutes walk from the centre of Portree. Seafield House provides excellent, comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation and is an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Skye. The house sleeps 10 and is ideal for families or large parties.

Lounge

Sofa, armchairs, tables, bookcases, woodburning stove, colour television and DVD player. Portree Harbour, Isle of Skye

Dining Room/Study

Dining room table and chairs, desk and bookcases.

Kitchen

Recently refurbished. Table and chairs, electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, automatic washing machine, condenser, dishwasher, microwave and food processor. The kitchen has a full range of equipment including crockery, glasses, pots and pans, toaster etc.

Bedroom 1

Large room overlooking the garden with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2

Large room overlooking the garden with three single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and bookcase.

Bedroom 3

Small room overlooking the garden with a single bed, bedside cabinet and hanging space.

Bedroom 4

Overlooking the garden with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table.

Bedroom 5

Ground floor. 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers

Bathroom

WC, washhand basin, bath and shaving points.

Shower Room

WC, electric shower, washhand basin and shaving points

General Information

Heating is by electricity. There is a token meter in the house. Tokens are provided for guests and are to be paid for as used. Guests are welcome to burn an open fire if desired - buckets and companion set are provided and coal, logs and peat can be obtained from the nearby Portree Filling Station.

The Cuillins

The house is centrally situated within walking distance of Portree swimming pool, children's park, pubs and restaurants, shops, squash courts, the quay area and the bus stance.

The house has its own private driveway and adequate parking.

No pets

Linen and towels are provided. An iron and ironing board are provided. Outside drying facilities.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

A payphone is provided.

Garden furniture is provided.

The house can be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

A deposit, shown on the price list, is due at the time of booking your accommodation, and the balance is due no later than two weeks before the date of arrival.
